Handcrafted by steam-bending natural rattan. Rattan is a fast-growing crop, making it a low-impact material choice.

If using outdoors please ensure the hanging rope is not exposed to excessive moisture as the natural fibres are susceptible to environmental factors.

Install under a shelter and clean the rope with warm soapy water to avoid degradation or mould and check the rope on a regular basis.

For indoor installation we recommend using a professional tradesperson to avoid damage to your ceiling or chair, as well as injuries to anyone who uses the chair.

Ensure there is plenty of room to hang the chair and positioning must be made to the centre of a ceiling joist and not towards the edge.

The chair is for use by one person at a time and is NOT intended to be used as a swing.

To care for this item we recommend storing inside or covering over during the winter to avoid rain exposure.

Due to the natural material, please do not use any harsh chemical cleaning products.
