We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working day from receipt of your order but please be aware that some items can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to assure you that it has been placed and when your item/s will be dispatched to you. If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is FREE on orders over £100
Delivery on orders below £100 are charged at £3.95
All orders are sent with either Royal Mail or a reputable tracked parcel delivery service.
We currently only ship to Mainland UK. We therefore do not ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands.
For larger heavier items, customer assistance may be required to help the driver, and delivery is strictly to ground floor only for insurance purposes.
Please ensure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. We would therefore ask you to consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points.
Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative.
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, or goods are damaged or faulty you will be pleased to know that we are here to help.
We firstly ask that all customer’s before returning any item, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating your order number and your reason for returning the goods. You can then expect a prompt email reply to confirm the next steps including the address to return the goods. Please do not return items directly to Accessories for the home without contacting us first.
If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your intention to return the item by email using email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items must then be returned in the original packaging within 14 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If your return is approved a full refund will be issued (less the delivery charges) via your original method of payment. We aim to issue a refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned order.
Please note you will be responsible for the delivery costs in returning the item.
All parcels returned are at the customers own risk. Please can I therefore suggest that a reputable postal/courier service is used which is insurable and can be tracked to protect yourself from loss and damage in transit.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
We do our best to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may ask for photos of the damage to be emailed prior to returning the item. We will then assess the best way to deal with the damaged item.
For larger items we will organise a collection and ship a replacement out to you immediately (subject to stock availability). Alternatively we will offer you an exchange or refund, in such instances we will take full responsibility for any delivery or return costs incurred.
As we don't knowingly despatch damaged goods, we may need to recover our costs from the courier company so where possible, we will ask you in a situation where you receive a damaged package that you note the damage on the delivery note so the delivery company are aware of a prospective claim.
