My liking for home décor and style has been ingrained for some time. My parents owned giftware/home ware shops throughout my youth – so I learned what I liked from a young age and over time my passion for interiors blossomed.
My long-term career experience had me Project Managing large accommodation/refurbishment projects from build to sale, allowing me to prove my design flare in soft furnishings and room dressing to show the properties at their designer best.
Naturally, when it came to my own home I found myself shying away from the norm, seeking more unusual items to fill my home and delighting in sharing these beautiful finds with family and friends. I discovered I could easily change the feel of a room with just a few new nik naks/choice products, complimentary styles and colour ways and with relatively little expenditure.
As my family expanded, I struggled to find the time to browse the high street and industrial parks and preferred instead to search websites in the comfort of my own home. It was then I decided was the perfect time to set up my own business. This way I’d be doing something I love, fulfilling my ambition, whilst affording me to spend more quality time with those that I love; my husband and two young children, Charlotte & Thomas.
