When you place an order with accessories for the home it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. Please check for updates before ordering.

PRODUCTS

Whilst every effort is made to ensure graphical representations, colours and product descriptions of goods available from Accessories for the Home are detailed accurately there may be items where slight variations may occur.

Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

All orders are subject to availability. We work hard to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels to meet the demand however should any part of your order be unavailable, we will contact you to inform you. If an item is out of stock but due in we will provide you with an estimated despatch date. If for any reason an item is no longer available we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.

PRICES

The prices of the products are clearly set out on our website. We reserve the right to change prices and alter/remove special offers as and when necessary.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

ORDERING/PAYMENT

When you place your order we require your name, e-mail address, credit/debit card number and expiry date. Without this information we will be unable to process your order or inform you of acceptance of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & JCB through Worldpay

All online orders are confirmed by email. Please note our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order it does not confirm it or make it legally binding.  The order between Accessories for the Home and you is only accepted when the payment has been processed. We retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order, including, but not limited to , incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges.

Payment is taken at the point of sale and not dispatch. The total cost of the order is the price of the items plus any delivery charges.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods have been despatched (you will be notified by email). Should you cancel your order following the despatch of goods, you will be charged for delivery of the goods and will not be refunded for the return of the goods. We will refund the price of the goods once they have been returned and inspected.
